1. What is your professional/educational background?
Ten years as a Real Estate Agent focused on buyers and sellers in Cleveland, Canton and all parts in-between.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
My long-standing commitment to client satisfaction, a keen interest in residential architecture, a background in business administration and a preference for a widely varied task set combined to make Real Estate Sales a natural choice for me.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
Currently residing on Cleveland's east side (Little Italy area,) and enjoying all the sights, culture and diversity that is found there.
4. How do you spend your free time?
I prefer to spend my time tending to my profession. I am also committed to physical fitness and spiritual growth. When time permits, I like to walk, ride on airplanes and enjoy live theater.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

We got a few offers on the very first day of listing, took the best offer and closed 6 weeks later. Because my parents had already moved out of the state, the whole process was done via E-docs, from offer sheets through closing documents. David also set us up with an estate company that took care of selling all remaining items in the house. For me that meant I didn't have to worry about cleaning out the house once it was sold. I highly recommend David for his professionalism, knowledge and easy going demeanor.
