David Lyngholm

David is a well rounded realtor with expertise in negotiating the most complex and difficult situations. I trust David to always look out for my best interest. David has sold many properties for me. Not once have I felt let down by the outcome. Thank you David!

This was my first experience selling a house, David took me under his wing and guided me through the process! I was very confident that David handled the listing and showings professionally, the closing was very emotional for me as I was selling the home that was once shared by me and my late husband. David was very patient and empathetic, which made the transaction go smoothly! ***** 5 stars for David!!! Truly,
Hattie Dulaney-Young

Again, Mr. Lyngholm kept us informed at every step. It was a fast sale and we appreciated Dave's professionalism. He even helped with suggestions re: color choices prior to sale. He always answered my questions promptly and calmed my fears when something seemed off. He's the real deal!

We have had the privilege of working with David for 10 years. Back in 2014, David assisted us with finding our starter home. Fast forward ten years and now we have found our forever home with his assistance. Since day one, David has always put our needs first and took them into consideration while searching for a home. I appreciated the time he took to find homes that matched those needs and always ensured we were being steered in the right direction when looking at homes. His honesty, and attention to home details during walkthroughs allowed for us to build trust amongst one another. We will continue to recommend David's knowledge and expertise to future clients. With gratitude- The Kemp Family

We have used David now for the better part of a decade. We have bought two homes and sold one. David is professional, but easy going. He is extremely helpful and answers any and all questions/concerns that we had in a timely manner. I feel David has always had our best interests in mind and never steered us in the wrong direction. We would ask to see a house and by him knowing us for so long, would be able to say Yea, that's a great house to look at or no, I wouldn't look at that one. I would recommend David to anyone and everyone.

Very pleased with all the work that David has done for us!

David sold my last house so it made sense to call him when I started looking for another house. As always, David went beyond the call of duty to assist in my search for a property. I recommend him at every opportunity and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

We met David Lyngholm in 2015 when moving from Seattle. He was so helpful then so again we called upon his services for purchase of this current home. I can't say enough about David. He is professional, knowledgeable, prompt when returning calls, on time and very helpful. He will be our agent when selling our current home in the next few months. I even picked his brain about paint colors, names of locksmiths and other services. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor. All in all a great experience and no we are not related.

From the moment we first met David, we knew that he would do everything he could to get our place sold to the right people who would love it as much as we did.

Although he didn't have to, he was very supportive of our efforts in finding our new digs: always helpful with suggestions, ideas, leads.

David, in the process, has become a friend. We look forward to working with him in the future should the need arise, & would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

David,

My parents had been in the same house for 55 years and were really unsure about the whole selling process. David walked us all through everything and put their minds at ease. When it was time to list the house ,David priced the house to perfection and the Zillow listing really made the house shine! We got a few offers on the very first day of listing, took the best offer and closed 6 weeks later. Because my parents had already moved out of the state, the whole process was done via E-docs, from offer sheets through closing documents. David also set us up with an estate company that took care of selling all remaining items in the house. For me that meant I didn't have to worry about cleaning out the house once it was sold. I highly recommend David for his professionalism, knowledge and easy going demeanor.
