One year ago my wife and I were searching to buy our first home. David was the first realtor we spoke to and we immediately that he was the one for us! We fell in love with the first house he showed us, but to make sure that it was the right one for us David helped put together a list of 5-6 more similar houses for us to check out. Each house we went to look at got compared to the first one, and none of them quite met all of our criteria as closely as the first. He even worked around our schedule perfect because my wife's and my work schedules rarely match up, but he made himself available when we were even if meant meeting up on a Sunday. He was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. Now fast forward a few months; that summer my mother because very suddenly ill and ended up passing away. It was a very difficult time on me and my family, and on top of everything we needed to take care of for her estate was the chore of selling her house. We knew immediately that there was no one else that we wanted to work with, and sent David a text. Within minutes he replied and said he would be happy to help us out again, and was very caring towards my family in that difficult time. David then met with me at my mothers house and gave us his opinion on the little things here and there that were super simple to improve or repair but helped the appeal of the house immensely. A couple months later after waiting on come court documentation the house was listed on the market, and within the first two weeks we had our first offer, and days later we were sale pending again, with a successful sale soon after. After working with David on both buying and selling houses all within the same year, we know that there isn't another realtor in the Canton, OH area that we would ever even consider working, because I guarantee they wouldn't hold a candle to David. One year ago my wife and I were searching to buy our first home. David was the first realtor we spoke to and we immediately that he was the one for us! We fell in love with the first house he showed us,, but to make sure that it was the right one for us David helped put together a list of 5-6 more similar houses for us to check out. Each house we went to look at got compared to the first one,, and none of them quite met all of our criteria as closely as the first. David then helped us make our first offer,, and after a couple days of negotiations we were officially pending a sale! David was always very prompt in answering any emails or texts with questions you have at any time. He even worked around our schedule perfect because my wife's and my work schedules rarely match up,, but he made himself available when we were even if meant meeting up on a Sunday. He was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. , , Now fast forward a few months; that summer my mother because very suddenly ill and ended up passing away. It was a very difficult time on me and my family,, and on top of everything we needed to take care of for her estate was the chore of selling her house. We knew immediately that there was no one else that we wanted to work with,, and sent David a text. Within minutes he replied and said he would be happy to help us out again,, and was very caring towards my family in that difficult time. David then met with me at my mothers house and gave us his opinion on the little things here and there that were super simple to improve or repair but helped the appeal of the house immensely. A couple months later after waiting on come court documentation the house was listed on the market,, and within the first two weeks we had our first offer,, and days later we were sale pending again,, with a successful sale soon after. , , After working with David on both buying and selling houses all within the same year,, we know that there isn't another realtor in the Canton,, OH area that we would ever even consider working,, because I guarantee they wouldn't hold a candle to David.
